Are you passionate about guiding organizations through the transformation of their training systems, enhancing the skills of their employees, and professionalizing their Learning & Development practices?Join our Human Resources & Transformation Business Unit, which focuses on the evolution of HR organizations and the facilitation of skills transformations.As a Senior Consultant in Learning & Development, you will work directly with our clients (CAC 40, SBF 120, ETI/PME) on the following key areas:Learning Strategy & Training System TransformationDefine, design, and implement Learning strategies aligned with business priorities and skill development needs.Establish and structure comprehensive skill development plans: mapping, prioritization, and evolution pathways.Deploy corporate universities, academies, professional programs, and managerial pathways.Training Engineering & Learning JourneysDesign blended learning pathways: in-person, remote, e-learning, experiential workshops, and learning communities.Oversee educational production: engineering, content creation or adaptation, and facilitation of pedagogical committees.Develop innovative learning solutions: micro-learning, adaptive learning, and digital tools.Facilitate training sessions and co-development workshops.Digital LearningSupport the deployment or migration of LMS/LXP platforms (Cornerstone, 360Learning, CrossKnowledge, etc.).Structure the digital Learning ecosystem.Professionalize training teams and local administrators.Budget ManagementEstablish and monitor training budgets (construction, arbitration, tracking, optimization).Manage relationships with OPCO, Transition Pro, and other funders: documentation, assembly, tracking, and reporting.Produce training reports, social reports, and analyses for representative bodies.Change ManagementAssist managers and HR teams in adopting Learning systems.Facilitate workshops, training communities, and internal skills enhancement actions.
