Join ARC’TERYX as our Senior Director of Retail for the EMEA region, where you will lead and shape our dynamic retail organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all retail support functions including Operations, Performance, and Training, driving brand awareness and delivering exceptional guest experiences at every retail touchpoint. You will create and implement guest-centric business and people development strategies for the EMEA region that will span a 3-5 year horizon, while establishing new processes and structures to enhance operational efficiency. Your collaboration with teams, involvement in cross-functional regional projects, and connections with HQ leaders will ensure seamless execution of your strategic plans, resulting in an outstanding Arc’teryx experience in-store.
