This HR Business Partner role focuses on supporting the Commercial and Marketing teams at Vestiaire Collective’s Paris office. The position partners with business leaders to shape talent strategies and foster a culture that helps revenue-driven teams thrive. Reporting to the VP People, this HRBP joins a team of five other HR Business Partners, playing a key part in Vestiaire Collective’s global growth.
What you will do
- Strategic business partnering: Collaborate with leaders and managers in Commercial and Marketing, offering people expertise and developing solutions that help teams reach their goals.
- Organizational development: Put the global People strategy into practice, building a high-performance culture and improving organizational effectiveness.
- Talent management and growth: Oversee performance review cycles, identify high-potential employees, and help design career development paths. Support managers in handling underperformance through coaching and improvement plans.
- Employee relations and coaching: Advise managers on complex employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and provide coaching on leadership skills.
- Employee support: Act as the main HR contact for Commercial and Marketing staff, addressing all HR-related topics.
- Culture and engagement: Contribute to building a workplace that reflects Vestiaire Collective’s values and strengthens employee engagement.
Role context
This position goes beyond day-to-day HR administration. The HR Business Partner acts as consultant, coach, and change agent, ensuring teams have the talent and environment to compete in the market. The role is based in Paris and supports Vestiaire Collective’s ambitions as a global circular fashion marketplace.
