- Conduct analysis and implement client-specific requirements (CSR), ensuring adherence at every project stage.
- Define special product features and assist teams in risk analysis (FMEA).
- Collect best practices (Lessons Learned) to continuously enhance our processes.
- Receive validation plans from product engineers.
- Organize and oversee laboratory testing: from sample collection, through testing, to result reporting.
- Lead homologation processes and periodic requalification of products.
- Verify key documentation: instructions, control plans, and measurement reports.
- Coordinate safe production launches (Safe Launch / GP12) and validate processes.
- Conduct quality audits at our facility and with our suppliers.
- Analyze quality issues (both internal and external) and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor process capabilities and oversee technical improvements.
- Compile documentation for the PPAP process (from internal teams and suppliers).
- Submit reports on client portals and ensure production acceptance.
- Serve as the primary contact for the client's quality department, collaborating closely with our Project Managers.
