As a vital member of Lucid’s Sales Team, the Scaled Account Specialist will drive growth by helping customers discover the value in our products and expand their usage across various teams and organizations. This role involves leading the strategic growth and management of Small and Midsize Business accounts through scalable, operational engagement. The Transactional Business Team is focused on managing a vast portfolio of low-touch accounts, utilizing a blend of automated outreach and targeted direct engagement. Emphasis is placed on operational account management rather than individual deal-based selling.
In this position, the Scaled Account Specialist will act as the primary contact for a large portfolio of low-touch accounts, overseeing all commercial aspects of the account lifecycle, including renewals, expansions, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations. As part of the Transactional Business Team, you will contribute to growth by managing accounts with precision and care, ensuring that SMB customers receive timely, value-driven engagement that enhances retention, satisfaction, and expansion. This role is crucial in executing Lucid’s go-to-market strategy.
