We are looking for a Senior Buyer with exceptional analytical abilities, negotiation skills, and a collaborative mindset to manage the procurement of indirect goods and services essential for our business operations.
In this pivotal role, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, focusing on strategic sourcing, effective supplier management, and prioritizing quality, cost efficiency, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate informed purchasing decisions through comprehensive price and cost analysis of vendor quotes, transforming data into actionable insights.
- Lead sourcing initiatives across various suppliers and categories, enhancing product standardization and overseeing the complete PR/PO workflow.
- Manage vendor relationships with a focus on negotiating terms that maximize value while fostering enduring partnerships.
- Guarantee business continuity by ensuring a balance of quality, cost, and timely delivery to support internal customers without interruption.
- Collaborate across departments, engaging closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, align priorities, and deliver effective solutions.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring organization, structure, and consistent follow-through.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in sourcing initiatives.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and adeptness in addressing complex business challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise procurement systems.
