In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing timelines, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and conducting performance analysis to ensure that all campaigns yield quantifiable results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development
Lead the strategic planning and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns for both EWC and ENC.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable campaign plans, defining target audiences, messaging, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize market insights, product updates, and audience data to inform campaign direction.
Localize global campaign concepts for key regions, ensuring cultural relevance and market alignment.
Coordinate campaign plans with significant tournaments, partnerships, and platform opportunities.
Execution and Management
Oversee the complete lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring all milestones, assets, and deliverables are achieved.
Collaborate with media, creative, social, PR, influencer, product, and event teams to ensure seamless execution.
Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, monitor progress, and resolve issues affecting timelines or quality.
Ensure all campaign materials adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
Performance Reporting and Optimization
Monitor campaign performance against established KPIs and recommend improvements during live campaigns.
Collaborate with the data and insights team to analyze results and present performance summaries to stakeholders.
Compile post-campaign evaluations that highlight key learnings, return on investment (ROI), and suggestions for future campaigns.
