Deliver consistent, professional, warm, and engaging service.Support the daily functions of the People & Culture department.Ensure document flow aligns with hotel policies.Manage and prioritize all phone calls and in-person visitors, scheduling appointments as necessary.Handle various office administration tasks including correspondence, mail handling, photocopying, and ordering supplies.Maintain a confidential filing system for correspondence, policies, and regulations.Oversee locker inventory and perform hygiene spot checks. Ensure Back of House areas, including the cafeteria, First Aid room, corridors, washrooms, and lounges, are kept clean and organized.Assist colleagues during the exit process, including exit checklists and interviews.Post timely updates and photos from colleague events across communication platforms such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn.Process letter requests for salary, employment, and experience certificates from colleagues.Regularly file and maintain up-to-date colleague documents.Manage onboarding, status changes, and separations of new colleagues.Compile and distribute the birthday calendar to all colleagues via email.Lead and assist with P&C activities and events throughout the year, such as Townhalls, sports events, and CSR initiatives.Be available to assist colleagues with requests related to banks, cafeteria services, and insurance, demonstrating empathy and flexibility.Coordinate decorations for P&C events and celebrations in the office and cafeteria.Organize recognition events for colleagues, including weddings, birthdays, and new arrivals.Manage daily cafeteria operations, liaising with the catering company for consistency in offerings, conducting audits, and leading feedback collection.Add new joiners to group insurance plans.Schedule training rooms for other departments as needed.Assist with event planning and organization as required by the line manager.
