Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members to elevate their performance and enhance pipeline efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to deliver customized client solutions.
