Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Mid-Senior Graphic Designer to enhance and uphold our brand's visual identity. This pivotal role will involve creating and managing our brand guidelines while producing captivating assets for both internal and external communications, especially focusing on social media and brand promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of professional design experience and the ability to convert strategic marketing goals into compelling visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Identity Management:
- Brand Guidelines: Be the custodian of our visual identity by creating, refining, and enforcing comprehensive brand style guides and asset libraries.
- Brand Collateral: Design top-notch materials such as presentations, brochures, internal communications, signage, and merchandise, ensuring brand consistency.
- Concept Development: Generate design concepts for major campaigns and product launches that align with our marketing strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve designs from team members or vendors, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain our digital asset management system for logos and imagery.
Social Media & Digital Design:
- Social Media Content: Create engaging graphics (static and animated) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to swiftly produce visual assets for dynamic social media campaigns.
- Web Design Support: Provide design support for our website, including banners and iconography, ensuring visual consistency with the brand.
