THE ROLE
As an AI Growth Architect, you will act as a founding operator within a dynamic product and commercial setting. Your role involves tackling real-world growth challenges: you will be the most discerning internal user, identifying product inconsistencies, questioning outputs, and providing structured feedback to refine our intelligence layer.
Core Responsibilities
Address live growth challenges using Hilbert, pinpoint areas for improvement, and collaborate with product and tech teams to translate insights into actionable input for the intelligence layer.
Convert your B2C growth expertise into the frameworks and signals that enhance product performance in detection, reasoning, and action.
Collaborate with Account Executives to develop actionable growth strategies for key accounts, including cohort analysis, LTV interventions, and channel reallocations.
Track and take ownership of customer growth outcomes facilitated by Hilbert.
Act as Hilbert's voice in critical go-to-market discussions, articulating real B2C growth needs effectively.
