Executive Operations at Brex
The Executive Operations team is a vital aspect of our company, ensuring our leaders are well-supported and focused on achieving corporate objectives. As strategic partners, Brex's Executive Assistants deliver crucial support while actively participating in projects that advance business priorities and enhance team collaboration.
What you’ll do
In your role as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO), you will provide comprehensive support to facilitate Brex's growth in areas such as revenue, partnerships, strategic business development, and public relations. You will oversee the daily operations of their executive offices, ensuring smooth communication, strong cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence across go-to-market and external partnership initiatives.
Your role as a trusted partner will involve optimizing their schedules through expert calendar management and effective coordination of travel and key projects. Beyond administrative excellence, you will assist in managing strategic external partnerships, coordinating brand and PR efforts, and supporting cross-functional initiatives aligned with revenue growth and ecosystem expansion. This position necessitates sound business judgment, outstanding organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple work streams with discretion and professionalism.
Where you’ll work
This position is based in our San Francisco office. We operate in a hybrid environment, blending the dynamic interactions of office life with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of three coordinated in-office days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. As an additional perk, we also provide up to four weeks of paid time off annually.
