About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our projects, serving as the internal point of contact. You will collaborate with the account team and coordinate with various departments including strategic services, creative services, technology services, operations, accounting, and administration. Your role will encompass managing the end-to-end development of projects in line with established business processes, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Project Management. This position offers flexibility for remote work or a hybrid model based out of our San Francisco office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive decisions on processes, project resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
- Communicate the agency's capabilities and processes to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while following established processes.
- Understand the specific functions of each department involved.
- Identify and coordinate necessary internal and external resources for projects.
- Assess project feasibility and provide insights based on scope and training.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop project milestones and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Track project scope, details, and status, providing regular updates to teams.
- Estimate hours and expenses for new projects accurately.
- Work alongside account services and finance to manage budgets effectively.
- Build strong relationships with vendor and agency partners.
- Co-lead client status calls with account services, updating agendas as necessary.
