The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Deployment Strategist to take charge of the deployment, adoption, and scaling of Luminai within our customer environments. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams, you will transform intricate healthcare workflows into streamlined, production-ready deployments that yield significant operational benefits.
This role requires a proactive approach as you navigate the intersection of strategy, execution, and systems thinking. Your responsibility will involve developing clear deployment plans from ambiguous situations, coordinating launches across various stakeholders, and ensuring that our customers quickly recognize value. Your contributions will significantly impact customer satisfaction and retention, as well as the evolution of the Luminai platform.
This position is hybrid, with our team working in-office three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) in San Mateo, California.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee full-cycle deployments for Luminai customers, from post-sale handoff through launch and stabilization.
- Gain in-depth insight into customer workflows, constraints, and operational models to create effective deployment strategies.
- Translate customer needs into actionable execution plans, timelines, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify project scopes, sequence dependencies, and resolve launch blockers.
- Engage with customer stakeholders across Operations, IT, and leadership to foster alignment and accountability.
