This role will involve guiding a team of product managers and taking charge of specific product strategies:Process Design & OptimizationEnhance key user journeys, including onboarding, account management, and campaign/feature flows.User Growth & ExperienceImprove the core service experience and product appeal to drive user adoption, engagement, and retention.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of Web and App product features, focusing on optimizing essential flows such as user onboarding, account & asset management, and campaign engagement to boost product usability and retention.Translate business goals and user requirements into actionable product specifications, including PRDs and user stories, while overseeing reviews, prioritization, and delivery processes.Collaborate effectively with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.Analyze post-launch performance through data and user feedback, continuously iterating and enhancing product features.Support cross-regional teams (e.g., Shenzhen, Beijing, Sydney), understanding local nuances and compliance needs while aligning product goals across various markets.Maintain comprehensive product documentation and communication channels, ensuring alignment with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.Mentor and manage a team of Product Managers, nurturing strong product development and execution capabilities.
