Each Product Marketing Manager (PMM) on this team acts as a mini-General Manager for their product line, driving go-to-market strategy, executing successful product launches, positioning products effectively, enabling teams, and analyzing metrics that signify genuine market traction such as product-line revenue, feature adoption, churn rates, and win/loss ratios.This role involves building and leading a high-performing team, establishing operational standards for Platform Product Marketing, and acting as a crucial link between Product, Marketing, and Sales. Close collaboration with product and commercial leadership will be essential to influence roadmap decisions based on market insights and buyer needs aligned with business strategy. Additionally, you will harness AI to enhance your team’s efficiency and effectiveness in go-to-market processes.An ideal candidate will be a blend of a people leader and a hands-on practitioner: capable of mentoring PMMs through positioning challenges, analyzing win/loss data for product recommendations, and fostering cross-functional trust necessary for successful go-to-market execution.
