Currently, our platform supports more than two million patient visits each week globally.With nearly $100 million in funding, we're expanding our reach in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with top health systems such as the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.Your RoleWe are seeking a passionate Product Manager who has experience launching consumer-grade software at scale and has a keen eye for the details that elevate a product from good to beloved.In this role, you will take charge of Heidi's mobile and desktop app experiences, utilized by hundreds of thousands of clinicians for millions of patient sessions weekly across diverse specialties and locations. Your goal will be to ensure that the software our clinicians interact with multiple times a day is effortless, reliable, and truly delightful.You will work closely with our Product leadership and collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to continuously enhance quality and reliability.We value potential over pedigree; whether you're a seasoned professional or a passionate newcomer, we want to hear from you.Your Responsibilities:Lead product strategy and roadmap for Heidi's mobile and desktop applications, aligning cross-functional teams towards a common vision.Deeply understand clinician workflows—anticipate their needs not just based on what they articulate, but on what could genuinely improve their daily experience.Deliver impactful features by collaborating with engineering, design, data, and operations teams, recognizing that even minor enhancements can significantly influence hundreds of thousands of sessions.Foster cross-functional collaboration—from Engineering to Sales to Customer Success and among other PMs—to break down silos and create value.Establish clear objectives and metrics for quality, reliability, and user satisfaction, and be accountable for meeting these standards.
