By collaborating with other departments within Toyota and Woven City’s power-related divisions, we support Toyota's transformation into a mobility company.This position reports to the lead of Product Management Energy.For more information about Woven City, please visit:https://www.woven-city.global/jpn/Desired Candidate ProfileAs the Energy Services Delivery Manager, you will lead the entire operation from product sales, implementation, to operation, ensuring scalable and high-quality operations by coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including dealers, contractors, equipment manufacturers/OEMs, and internal teams.You will play a key role in ensuring our solutions are balanced in terms of feasibility, technical validity, and economic viability, driving continuous improvement in dealer and end-user experiences.We seek candidates with extensive experience in operations/project management and the following strengths: ・Ability to design and standardize workflows and procedures in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments ・Proactive leadership of cross-functional projects from planning through execution ・Skill in building trust and alignment with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical ・Active promotion of continuous business improvement cycles based on data and field feedbackWhile not required to be an expert in electrical systems, a foundational knowledge of residential energy equipment (e.g., solar power, V2H, home batteries) and the ability to discuss risks and feasibility with contractors and OEMs is essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
