This position requires a hands-on technical consultant adept in solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales cycle.Key Responsibilities:Act as a technical and domain expert to bolster product sales within a client-facing sales team.Facilitate discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.Respond to technical inquiries and product feature questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.Lead strategic programs for key accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements.Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding enhancements that could address customer needs and deliver additional value.Share and acquire best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency.Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.Assist in marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
