Prospection & DéveloppementS'approprier les offres du groupe (services IT infra, applicatif et transverse) en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et avant-vente.Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan de prospection ambitieux (téléphone, réseaux sociaux, terrain) auprès de grands comptes régionaux et nationaux.Définir et affiner votre stratégie commerciale pour conquérir de nouveaux clients.Présenter et mettre en valeur notre proposition de valeur auprès de décideurs de haut niveau : DSI, Direction Générale, Achats.2. Négociation & ClosingConduire les rendez-vous commerciaux, formaliser les propositions et participer aux soutenances.Négocier les contrats en assistance technique ou engagement de résultats.Participer aux phases de contractualisation et de référencement.3. Recrutement & StaffingIdentifier les profils techniques correspondant aux besoins clients, en collaboration avec les équipes de recrutement.Contribuer activement aux entretiens et au choix des collaborateurs qui participeront à vos projets.4. Animation & SuiviAssurer un suivi rigoureux du cycle de vente et de la relation client (comités, reporting, indicateurs de performance).Veiller à la proximité et à l'accompagnement des consultants en mission.Participer à l'animation de l'offre et à l'évolution des services proposés.
