Our center-based ABA Therapy program is grounded in the understanding that early, intensive intervention is key to unlocking the full potential of these children. Our team of highly-trained clinicians are experts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), crafting individualized, one-on-one therapy programs tailored to each child's unique needs. By breaking down everyday tasks into achievable steps, we empower children to enhance their communication skills, daily living abilities, and social behaviors, ensuring they flourish both in school and within their communities.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, in-center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct client care in both individual and group settings, employing a mixture of intensive teaching and natural environment training techniques.
- Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as detailed in the client’s individualized treatment plan provided by the BCBA/BC.
- Accurately collect, record, and summarize data regarding observable client behaviors.
- Support parent and caregiver training aligned with the client’s treatment plan.
- Complete necessary documentation punctually and adhere to established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about client progress, following guidance from the BCBA/BC.
- Maintain safety protocols when interacting with clients, and report any critical incidents or safety concerns appropriately.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Assist the BCBA/BC in preparing client materials, behavior assessments, and skill acquisition resources.
