Role overview
This part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner position is fully remote within Seattle, Washington. The role focuses on providing psychiatric care to clients, including comprehensive assessments and ongoing medication management.
What you will do
- Conduct 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions through a remote platform.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Integrate brief psychotherapy techniques into care when appropriate.
Work environment
- Fully remote position based in Seattle, Washington.
- No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts required.
- Paid administrative time is included, so documentation does not reduce personal time.
- Work with a clinician-led team focused on client-centered care and expanding access to mental health services.
- Collaborate with physician partners, therapists, and crisis support staff. The platform supports measurement-based care and clinical decision support.
Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from $62 to $96, paid semi-monthly. The rate depends on clinical experience, location, and qualifications. A guaranteed base rate is provided, with incentive potential available after the ramp-up period.
