Your Impact
In the T1200 segment, you will focus on Axon’s most strategic U. S. State & Local Law Enforcement agencies, large, complex accounts where our complete ecosystem can revolutionize community protection.
This role encompasses:
- Accountability for bookings and revenue performance within the T1200 segment.
- Leading and nurturing a team of high-performing Account Executives.
- Executing strategic account initiatives across complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Driving the adoption of Axon’s full ecosystem, from TASER and sensors to advanced software, AI, and real-time operations.
What You’ll Do
Location: This position is remote within the United States. Candidates must reside within an hour of a major airport and should be willing to travel 40-60% of the time.
Reports to: You will report to a Regional Vice President of Sales and be a vital member of the U. S. State & Local Law Enforcement leadership team.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team
- Directly manage a team of T1200 Account Executives focused on Axon’s key State & Local Law Enforcement accounts.
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate top sales talent; foster a high-performance culture of accountability.
- Establish clear expectations regarding territory planning, pipeline management, prospecting, and ecosystem selling.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, field rides, and deal reviews aimed at coaching for outcomes, not just activities.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning surrounding Axon’s expanding product offerings, competitive landscape, and public safety trends.
Own Segment Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the T1200 segment aligned with Axon’s strategic vision.
- Define account segmentation, coverage models, and territory design to optimize growth and customer impact.
- Facilitate multi-product, multi-year engagement strategies to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
