The Role

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facilities operations within our Oxnard presence, which includes hangar space, a newly established manufacturing facility, and our headquarters. This is a highly engaged and ownership-driven position. You will manage vendor relationships, lead maintenance and repair initiatives, ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and develop the infrastructure systems that facilitate optimal performance from our engineering and manufacturing teams. Occasional travel to other locations will be necessary as we expand. If anything is malfunctioning or lagging, it will be your responsibility to rectify it.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across hangar, manufacturing, and office facilities

  • Lead preventive maintenance initiatives for building systems, equipment, and specialized aerospace-related infrastructure

  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers across various trades (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, custodial)

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, fire codes, and relevant FAA or airport authority requirements associated with hangar operations

  • Manage facility budgets, track expenditures, and oversee cost forecasting for capital improvements and repairs
