Job Overview
As a Field Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our autonomous delivery robots. While our robots are designed for independent operation, your expertise will be vital during situations that require human intervention, such as navigating around unforeseen obstacles or troubleshooting technical issues.
In this hands-on position, you will assist robots in the field, conduct light maintenance tasks like cleaning sensors, and ensure timely and safe delivery completion. Your proactive problem-solving skills and on-the-ground support will help reduce service interruptions and safeguard our equipment. Additionally, you will document incidents and share insights that contribute to enhancing our technology and operational processes.
You will work closely with various teams across operations, engineering, and customer support, managing robot deployments, escalating technical issues, and supporting safety and training initiatives.
Job Duties
Ensure field readiness by supporting robots and facilitating timely responses to operational needs.
Aid in deployment processes, including preparation, inspection, cleaning, and placement of robots.
Maintain clear communication while tracking, documenting, and resolving escalation tickets.
