This role is for an enthusiastic Flight Test Operator passionate about piloting small uncrewed rotary aircraft to support critical flight test operations. You will collaborate closely with test team members across a diverse range of Precision Engagement programs, contributing to solutions that aim to redefine industry standards. Your responsibilities will include aiding program leads with the planning, coordination, and execution of flight test operations.

The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril engages across all products and business lines, overseeing all flight operations and test range management. Our team conducts comprehensive system-level development testing, production acceptance testing, sub-component qualification testing, and much more. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist with testing, system checkouts, flying, and providing feedback on Precision Engagement Systems.
  • Build, program, and maintain autonomous aircraft for flight operations.
  • Collaborate with Test Engineers on various operational tasks that facilitate engineering, such as flight execution, material preparation, and supporting test profiles during demonstrations.
  • Assist with product installations at test sites as required.
  • Support the Site Manager and onsite team with maintenance tasks, including managing office supplies, cleaning, inventory management, and equipment upkeep.
  • Travel between test sites based on testing requirements and team needs.
