Team Description
Join our Sales Training team, a part of our Sales Enablement function, strategically positioned across Europe. Our focus is to enable our Field Sales teams to succeed swiftly, confidently, and consistently. As the Sales Training Team Lead, you will oversee the operational and personnel aspects of Field Sales Training in established markets, coaching and guiding a dedicated team of seasoned Field Sales Trainers. Your mission is to ensure that training is executed on time, meets high standards, and positively impacts field performance.
In this role, you will be pivotal in executing strategies and translating them into actionable plans, while maintaining clear communication in day-to-day operations. Collaborating closely with Field Sales leadership, RevOps, and Product teams, you will ensure that training remains aligned with real-time field activities, from onboarding and accreditation to early activation, productivity, and ongoing training.
