We are currently seeking a Financial Controller to enrich our Finance department.
Your Role
In the capacity of Financial Controller, you will be instrumental in enhancing and automating our financial processes and controls. This position is rooted in innovation, particularly focusing on AI-driven enhancements.
Your role entails a blend of routine responsibilities and project-based tasks, providing both stability and diversity. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analyses during month-end and year-end closings, applying and implementing IFRS and Dutch GAAP standards, preparing comprehensive internal and external financial reports that exceed basic statutory requirements, and overseeing audits by external auditors across national and international borders.
As part of an international organization, you will collaborate with various finance disciplines and corporate functions, offering broad exposure and the chance to make a significant impact throughout the organization.
In your first 12 months, you will:
Become acquainted with CM.com, our team, culture, and business model.
Engage in core financial controlling activities, develop our financial control framework, manage reporting, and coordinate audits.
Collaborate closely with your team and other finance, corporate, and business functions.
