The FIRE Program Facilitator will play a pivotal role in conducting engaging fatherhood curriculum workshops, both in-person and virtually. This role is essential in ensuring the timely availability of clients for classes and collaborating with program management to establish class schedules. The FIRE Program Facilitator will represent the agency at community Fatherhood and Family events, building strong relationships with local agencies and organizations to facilitate effective service supports. Working closely with the reintegration team, Goodwill personnel, external community providers, stakeholders, and other partners is key to delivering exceptional service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct father-centered workshops, adapting to the unique needs of participants.
- Maintain precise and current records for all participants, ensuring accurate documentation and data entry in electronic files and databases.
- Deliver presentations in facilities and communities to attract eligible individuals for the FIRE program.
- Coordinate ongoing participant-centered services in line with the established service plan.
- Represent the agency at various community Fatherhood and Family events.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local agencies and organizations to facilitate essential service supports like D&A assessments, mental health evaluations, and domestic abuse referrals for clients.
- Adhere to the guidelines of relevant regulatory entities, including the Department of Public Welfare, Department of Labor, and PA Department of Education, ensuring accurate completion and submission of required program documentation.
