Job Overview

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Fire Protection Engineer at Jensen Hughes, with positions available in our Maryland and Virginia offices. The role supports both in-office and hybrid work arrangements. As a leading fire protection consulting firm, we provide a broad spectrum of services, including building and fire code consulting, sprinkler and fire alarm design, and performance-based fire engineering for projects at local, national, and international levels.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in fire protection and code consulting, complemented by strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. This position will primarily involve Building Code and Fire Code consulting, including conducting building plan reviews, interpreting codes, developing innovative alternatives, preparing design reports, and collaborating with fire protection engineering teams.
