ABOUT THE TEAM
The Tactical Recon and Strike team at Anduril specializes in the development of small aerial drones (Group 1-3) alongside all necessary equipment for testing, deployment, and operation. Responsible for bringing innovative products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from concept to reality, our team collaborates closely with experts across various disciplines to tackle some of the most challenging issues faced by our clients. We seek passionate software engineers, hardware engineers, roboticists, and mobile developers eager to build a robust robotics platform capable of real-time tasking and monitoring through multiple interfaces.
The Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) team within TRS focuses on the implementation, analysis, testing, and validation of GNC software solutions that support our autonomous drone fleet. Key applications include attitude and position control, waypoint navigation, and guidance in contested environments, including scenarios where communication and GPS are unavailable.
ABOUT THE JOB
In this role, you will lead the development and validation of guidance and control laws, conduct hardware and software in-the-loop testing and analysis, and craft innovative navigation solutions applicable across our comprehensive drone range.
