The Opportunity
As a Float Phlebotomist and Administrative Assistant, also known internally as a Flex One Medical Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience. You will be responsible for performing venipuncture and providing various clinical support services to patients. Your role will involve acting as a patient ambassador, utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate a seamless care journey. You will help create an inviting atmosphere in the office, ensuring that the lobby reflects the One Medical brand. As the first point of contact for patients, you will also provide additional support as needed by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or medical providers. This position requires flexibility, as you will be serving multiple offices within the region.
You are a collaborative team player who brings innovative problem-solving skills to the table. Your ability to combine excellent specimen collection techniques with compassionate patient interactions ensures a high standard of care. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to identify opportunities for customer-centric solutions.
