The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Float Phlebotomist and Administrative Assistant, internally referred to as a Flex One Medical Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our patients, guiding them through an essential part of their care journey by performing venipuncture and offering critical clinical assistance. As a patient ambassador, you will foster meaningful connections, enhancing the patient experience. You will help eliminate barriers to care, ensuring an outstanding in-office atmosphere that reflects the One Medical brand. Acting as the initial point of contact for patients, you will also provide additional support as needed to the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or healthcare providers. Your role will span multiple offices within the market.

You will demonstrate excellent specimen collection techniques while maintaining tactful interpersonal interactions with patients, both at the front desk and in the lab.
