Experience in conducting onboarding, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and developing success plans with various stakeholders. Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Bonus: Familiarity with developer tools or AI-native products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Champion Customer Success & Adoption initiatives.

  • Manage post-sale success including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and account expansion for key clients.

  • Develop and implement success plans that align with client goals and product strengths.

  • Facilitate value realization through proactive check-ins, QBRs, and enablement sessions.

  • Monitor health scores, usage, and adoption metrics to pinpoint risks and opportunities.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding clients on best practices and new features.
