Proficiency in care management and RCM platforms (e.g., prior authorization portals, EMRs, billing systems) is preferred. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and payer regulations. Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial plan requirements, particularly in Virginia, Georgia, and Texas. Strong preference for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) prior authorization experience. Analytical Skills: Ability to utilize data, dashboards, and reporting tools to identify trends and process gaps. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, Slides) is required. Leadership: Proven experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent administrative, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
