Join Our Team at Sana
Sana is an innovative AI laboratory dedicated to developing superintelligence tailored for enhancing workplace productivity. We are firm believers in empowering organizations to achieve their objectives faster by providing seamless access to knowledge, automating repetitive tasks, and facilitating learning through agentic AI. As a proud member of the Workday family, our mission is to create AI that amplifies human capabilities rather than replacing them.
We bring this vision to fruition through two cutting-edge products: Sana Agents, which streamline access to all company applications, knowledge, and data, allowing AI agents to perform real tasks and enable teams to process and respond to information at an unprecedented scale; and Sana Learn, an AI-driven learning platform that merges the ease of a modern educational ecosystem with intelligent features such as an AI tutor, automated content creation, and interactive applications, transforming knowledge into actionable insights.
Our team is composed of highly talented, product-focused engineers and designers hailing from esteemed companies like Google, Spotify, Apple, and Databricks. We pride ourselves on our technical excellence and our ability to iterate quickly. Our tools are already helping over a million individuals improve their work and learning experiences across numerous leading enterprises, and we are just at the beginning of our journey.

- Design and optimize local development, testing, and build workflows to ensure they are fast, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Boost web performance, reliability, and security across our frontend and Node services.
- Develop and implement our comprehensive testing strategy (unit, integration, end-to-end, visual) and related tools.
- Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines, focusing on caching, checks, and deployment workflows.
- Establish and advocate for best practices in web development.
