This part-time, remote Full Charge Bookkeeper role supports US-based operations from Western Visayas, Philippines. The position centers on managing the full accounting cycle and inventory processes, with a strong emphasis on QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Goflow experience. Expect to work 20 hours per week (4 hours per day), with preferred overlap during US Eastern business hours, typically 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT, though there is some flexibility.
What you will do
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Handle the general ledger, complete bank and merchant reconciliations, and manage both month-end and year-end closings in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
- Inventory and Goflow Management: Oversee data synchronization between Goflow and QuickBooks, monitor inventory levels, reconcile physical counts, and ensure Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is accurately reported.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Resolve billing discrepancies with US vendors and communicate with customers for collections, using both email and scheduled calls.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reports for management review.
Requirements
