Key Responsibilities:
Architect and develop scalable full stack systems for both consumer and enterprise health applications.
Manage the complete lifecycle of feature development—from initial design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
Build and oversee data pipelines and services that comply with stringent privacy, security, and legal standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Collaborate with researchers and safety teams to embed reliability, evaluation, and safeguards into production systems.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and secure systems to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability across global operations.
Take initiative in resolving complex problems and lead them to effective, high-quality solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Passionate about improving health outcomes and broadening access to medical knowledge.
Strong engineering skills with a knack for creating robust, well-architected systems.
5+ years of experience in producing maintainable, production-grade code.
Able to work independently, taking full ownership of projects with minimal oversight.
Thrives in a collaborative, agile environment alongside engineers, product managers, designers, and researchers.
