About Atria
At Atria, we are pioneering the realm of performance-driven creative intelligence. Our innovative platform is relied upon by rapidly expanding consumer brands and advertising agencies to discern which creative strategies genuinely enhance performance on platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Currently, we empower growth marketers—from performance strategists to media buyers—to glean strategic insights from advertising data. In the future, our goal is to automate the creative generation process.
We are on a mission to develop an agentic system—an "AI-powered creative strategist in a box"—designed to identify effective strategies, suggest upcoming tests, and autonomously create the necessary content. Our long-term model is closely tied to performance outcomes: the more successful our ideas, the more we thrive.
As an early-stage, angel-funded company, we are rapidly advancing our offerings. Our team is centered around product and design excellence, and we seek a full-stack product designer who can elevate our foundational work into a transformative business.
Role Overview
We are in search of a proactive product design leader who will shape the Atria platform experience, focusing on analytics, creative workflows, and AI-enhanced features while contributing to the growth of our agentic creative solution.
Our Design Philosophy
We do not operate like traditional design teams. Here are some key principles that guide our work:
AI-Driven Workflow. AI tools (LLMs, code-based prototyping, generative design) are fundamental to our design process. For instance, we create interactive mockups using web code to rigorously evaluate product decisions before finalizing designs, sometimes diving directly into the codebase to refine interaction specifics.
Thought Over Deliverables. We prioritize the depth of product thinking over the quantity of design outputs. A well-considered wireframe that addresses the right challenge is far more valuable than a polished design that solves the wrong issue.
Accountability for Outcomes. Designers at Atria define what success looks like for their features—not just their aesthetics. You will set product objectives, determine measurement strategies, execute, monitor actual results, and iterate based on insights gleaned.
If you are a designer eager to challenge the traditional boundaries of design work and wish to influence the product's direction rather than merely embellishing it, this position is for you.
Your Responsibilities
Lead product design initiatives that enhance the user experience across various facets of our platform.
