As a Full-Time Leasing Consultant at Peak Made, you will be the cornerstone of our commitment to delivering an exceptional living experience for residents while efficiently marketing and leasing apartments. Collaborating closely with your team, you will strive to meet and exceed established revenue, occupancy, resident satisfaction, and retention goals. We are looking for an individual who possesses outstanding communication abilities, a robust sales and marketing mindset, and a passion for creating a premier experience for our residents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Employ established sales and marketing strategies to boost property traffic, maintain high closing ratios, and achieve budgeted occupancy levels.
- Assist in organizing and hosting engaging resident events.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and act as a model representative of Peak Made and your community.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect traffic and leasing data.
- Support all move-in and move-out processes, including the collection of deposits and related fees.
- Conduct informative property tours for prospective residents, creating value by anticipating needs and addressing potential concerns.
- Lease and renew units through in-person, phone, or online interactions.
- Record and submit service requests from residents promptly.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the office, common areas, and model units.
- Assist with the annual turn process as needed.
- Follow all Peak Made policies and procedures diligently.
- Welcome prospective residents and showcase model and market-ready units.
- Respond to internet inquiries and provide information to prospects via phone and in person.
- Help optimize occupancy rates while maximizing rental income.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property and competitive landscape.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with market surveys when necessary.
- Inspect units quarterly and prior to move-in.
