Thrive Therapies is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a salaried, on-site position based in Memphis, Tennessee, working within K–12 schools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
- Active Tennessee SLPA license
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Interest in culturally responsive care and educational equity
- Experience in school settings is helpful but not required
- Successful completion of a background check
