What Will You Do?
In your role as Functional Administrator HR, you will oversee the management of various applications and automated systems within the HR domain, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of users. You will collaborate closely with the business, the HR process facilitator, and suppliers to align requirements and expectations. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with both external vendors and internal users alongside your colleagues.
This position is newly created at Reinaerde, and we are seeking a proactive go-getter who enjoys pioneering efforts and taking initiative to establish functional management. You will have the freedom to shape your role, making a proactive mindset and the ability to identify and seize opportunities essential.
Your Key Responsibilities
Register and manage incidents according to procedures, process them administratively, and conduct simple analyses.
Manage functionalities, roles/permissions, monitor and test systems, translate user requests into solutions, and liaise with suppliers.
Coordinate release content, planning, and prerequisites with suppliers, IT, and the business.
Monitor and manage interfaces between different applications.
Contribute to design and test plans and test new applications.
Identify and prioritize change requests, oversee execution by suppliers, and assess impact on processes and systems.
Your Team
The staff in the Information & Automation department work daily to ensure that people, applications, and ICT infrastructure align effectively. You will collaborate with fellow administrators and experts under clear performance agreements, with a focus on methodical, systemic, and solution-oriented working. You will receive hierarchical direction from the Manager of I&A and functional guidance from the Service Manager.
