The Global Compensation & Benefits Manager plays a vital role in shaping, managing, and continuously refining ABBYY's global Total Rewards framework. This position merges strategic program stewardship with hands-on operational execution across compensation, benefits, and governance. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Engagement and work alongside Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to guarantee that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with ABBYY's global philosophy.
This role necessitates strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to convert complex data into straightforward insights and scalable solutions. You will influence the global Total Rewards strategy while ensuring excellence and precision in day-to-day program delivery.
