Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Compliance, or Risk Management. Proven experience in GRC frameworks and methodologies. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is preferred. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.

As a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst, you will be instrumental in fostering trust and regulatory excellence at Sword Health. Your role will be to serve as the primary point of contact for our partners and clients, effectively translating our security protocols into clear, authoritative responses that promote business growth. Additionally, you will manage certification lifecycles and bridge the gap between technical security measures and medical device quality standards. We seek an agile problem-solver capable of adapting swiftly to support new products and initiatives while aligning with our rapid pace of innovation.
