Role Overview
The Group Manager, Product Demand, leads the development and growth of Superhuman’s sales-led demand engine. This role sits within Revenue Marketing and is responsible for building pipeline and driving revenue for products such as Coda and Superhuman Mail.
This position shapes and delivers agile product demand strategies and sales initiatives that accelerate new customer acquisition, help displace competitors, expand current accounts, and support cross-selling. Success requires a strong understanding of product dynamics, close partnership with Sales, and a focus on measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy for Coda and Superhuman Mail, aligning with go-to-market plans and revenue goals in partnership with Business Unit leadership.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Coda, while managing a demand marketing specialist for Mail. Grow the team as business needs change.
- Design and run full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels to drive new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts.
- Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns support business objectives and revenue targets.

Remote within the United States. Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration.
