Requirements: Demonstrated experience as a Construction Foreman in high-end residential projects (5+ years preferred). Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam software. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and industry best practices. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with construction management software is advantageous. OSHA certification is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction operations on-site, guaranteeing compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labor resources to ensure top-quality craftsmanship and timely project completion.
  • Perform regular site inspections to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct frequent meetings with team members and subcontractors to review progress, address challenges, and share updates.
  • Promote clear communication among all stakeholders, including homeowners, architects, and project managers.
  • Maintain precise records of daily activities and generate status reports on project advancement.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and professional growth.
