Expertise in utilizing people data and analytics to identify workforce trends and support strategic business decisions. Strong coaching skills with a track record of enhancing managerial capabilities across performance, conflict resolution, and leadership challenges. Solid commercial acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and KPIs.

Job Description

As an HR Business Partner at HelloFresh, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategies to align with organizational objectives. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring HelloFresh ANZ attracts top talent, cultivates a vibrant culture, and develops the leadership capabilities necessary to meet our commercial goals.

This position is located in Chippendale, Sydney, and reports to the Senior HR Business Partner.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing people strategies that align with business needs by immersing yourself in operations and translating KPIs into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Managing talent pipeline health by identifying key roles, creating succession plans, and facilitating internal mobility to avert capability gaps.
  • Enhancing retention and development of high performers through collaboration with managers on tailored retention strategies, measuring success through attrition metrics.
  • Elevating leadership capabilities by coaching managers through complex people-related challenges, including performance management and team dynamics.
  • Providing business leaders with actionable people analytics insights by analyzing retention, exit interviews, and employee engagement data, presenting these metrics with the same rigor as financial KPIs.
  • Acting as a guardian of our company culture and values, integrating them into business practices and serving as an early-warning signal for morale and cultural issues.
  • Handling employee relations issues by offering timely, consistent, and legally sound guidance on performance management, misconduct, and grievances.
  • Leading change management efforts in partnership with business leaders to effectively communicate and implement organizational changes.
