Your Core Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement people initiatives across the full HR spectrum, including employee relations, coaching, organizational development, workforce planning, and learning & development. Lead and execute high-impact HR projects across the organization, such as performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development. Provide one-on-one coaching and advisory support to enhance the leadership skills of our managers. Manage early careers programs to ensure an exceptional experience for participants in our internships and traineeships. Utilize people analytics and data-driven insights to inform organizational design and promote continuous improvement. Work collaboratively within the HR function to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management, including offboarding processes. Engage in final round interviews to assess the fit of new talent within our teams. Your Skills and Experience A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Advisory in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to frequent one-on-one meetings, maintaining high levels of engagement, energy, and motivation within the team. Demonstrated experience in coaching leaders and providing guidance on people management strategies. Ability to establish credibility with senior leaders as a trusted advisor who delivers quality advice and fulfills commitments.
