Your Role as HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at Masters in HR, you will be the specialist temporarily deployed with different clients. You will work on challenging HR projects lasting between 3 to 9 months, allowing you to gain extensive experience across diverse organizations while benefiting from a stable job with us.

Continuous development, both professionally and personally, is key. Therefore, you will have a dedicated Field Manager to guide and support you. Additionally, through our Masters Academy, you can take courses and training to deepen or broaden your knowledge.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies;

  • Advising management on personnel planning, talent development, and organizational change;

  • Analyzing HR needs and optimizing processes and systems;

  • Supporting recruitment and enhancing onboarding programs;

  • Contributing to the development and execution of HR policies.
