The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in consulting and coaching leadership to align with the organization’s vision, mission, and overarching goals. Reporting to the Director of HRBP, this position encompasses support from employee level to Senior Manager level, while also providing backup for Director+ levels as necessary, and engaging in organization-wide strategic development projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of business strategy and deliver dynamic solutions leveraging experience, people data, and organizational agility to inform decision-making, backed by relevant HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HRBP for first-line managers across designated client groups.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to assigned business unit leadership, offering coaching, guidance, and direction on organizational and people-related strategies.
  • Devise and implement strategies for the development, engagement, and retention of strong and diverse talent.
  • Lead the management and facilitation of all HR programs within the assigned business unit (performance reviews, employee surveys, development programs, etc.).
  • Utilize and request data strategically, identifying trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to enhance organizational health, inform smart decision-making, and monitor employee engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with our Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition teams to refine processes and create initiatives that bolster our people programs and HR function overall.
  • Champion the values, culture, and commitment to diversity and inclusion at Realtor.com through strategic and tactical HR initiatives.
